I’m selling my 3255 sqmtr Farm Resort located at Barangay Pinugay, boundary of Antipolo and Baras Rizal. The property has the following:

1. Four airconditioned cabins with toilet and bath in each cabin. Cabins 1 and 2 can accommodate 5 to 6 persons each, cabin 3 for 10 persons and cabin 4 for 21 persons( has 2 toilet and bath)

2. House with 4 bedrooms, toilet and bath in each room, 3 rooms has aircondition units, room for our caretaker with own toilet and bath, wide veranda at the 2nd floor

3. Private adult pool and kiddie pool/jacuzzi (heated)

4. Parking for approx 10 cars. There’s a mango tree at the parking area where a treehouse is on top of it.

5. 1 gazebo in front of the swimming pool which can accommodate 20 to 25 persons, bigger gazebo for 60 persons.

12. A vacant small structure where you can use as a sarisari store. At the 2nd floor is an open area where you can use as guardhouse or a small cafe. Location is at the gate inside the property.
