 10% Spot, 5% DP in 12 months, 85% Cash/Bank

 10% in 3 months, 5% DP in 12 months, 85% Cash/Bank

Note: For foreign buyers not qualified for local bank financing, can opt for the In-House Financing payment term:

 30% spot downpayment, 70% Inhouse Financing

 Interest rate: 9.5% for first 3 years annual repricing thereafter

 Maximum term: 15 years

 The Move In Now promo terms will follow the standard guidelines for

booking.

 The Move In Now promo terms shall apply to accounts with complete

submission of PDC/ADA or E-payment facilities automatically debiting the

client’s account on a specified due date.
