Bridgetowne is a mixed township and business park between Quezon City and Pasig City. The site of the development is a former industrial area. It is a short distance from Ortigas Avenue and Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Avenue and is close to many business and residential areas. The first phase of the Bridgetowne mixed-use development consists of the 20-story Exxa and Zeta towers. The second phase is a 20-story building, Tera. The fourth tower, Giga, is still under construction. According to RLC's General Manager for Office Buildings Division, three more towers are planned for development.

The Velaris Residences in Bridgetowne Quezon City differs from other high-rises in Metro Manila. The development aims to impress its visitors. The Concentrix facility is 22,500 square meters in size. It is part of a more considerable campus development at Bridgetowne that will cover 57,500 square meters in the next three years.
