CEBU EXCHANGE TOWER

As of December 2020, Cebu Exchange—ARTHALAND's landmark development that is set to become the largest multi-certified sustainable office tower in the Philippines⁠—has achieved pre-certification with pre-awarded points equivalent to Gold level under the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI)'s WELL Building StandardTM.

This is in addition to it having already been Pre-Certified Gold for the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®️) and Design Certified 5-Stars for the Philippine Green Building Council’s Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE). It is also registered and on track for the International Finance Corporation's (a member of the World Bank Group) Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE®) certification.
