Customization of the Amortization Calculator is only available on the ‘Post Property‘ form when posting a new property or editing an existing property. Follow the steps below to customize your Amortization Calculator:

1. Select ‘Post Property’ if you're posting a new property or ‘Edit’ in the Property Hub if you're editing/updating an existing property.

2. Select the ‘Customize Calculator’ button found at the Amortization Calculator section.

   

3. Edit the default values to match the payment terms available for your property and select the ‘Apply Values’ button.

   

4. Submit your property.

Your customized Amortization Calculator will reflect in the Property Details page of your For Sale property.
