The One Partnership Referral Program is evolving starting January 13, 2025. These enhancements are designed to deliver higher-quality referrals and improve the overall experience for all parties involved.

Restructured Referrals & Fee System

Starting January 2025, referrals will be categorized under a new structure based on their Pre-qualification Result:

  1. Standard Referrals

    • Fee: 1% of the Total Selling Price on completed transactions.

    • Criteria: Referrals are classified as Standard Referrals if their Prequalification Result indicates a price range entirely below ₱10 million (e.g., ₱8 million to ₱9 million)..

    • Qualification Process: Standard pre-qualification to ensure the leads meet initial criteria.

    • Resources: Advanced SEO and property matching in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  2. Premium Referrals

    • Fee: 50% commission split on completed transactions.

    • Criteria: Referrals are classified as Premium Referrals if the Prequalification Result indicates a price starting or extending above ₱10M

    • Qualification Process: Thorough pre-qualification and nurturing process to enhance lead quality and success rates.

    • Resources:

      • Advanced SEO

      • Property matching in the CRM system

      • Paid advertising campaigns

      • Targeted nurturing promotions in the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) system

Generating referrals for higher-priced properties requires significantly greater resources due to their niche market and the need for highly targeted marketing strategies. What’s Next for the Existing Partners: Requirements During the Transition

1. Sign a New Agreement with AiM Properties

Existing partners who wish to access Premium Referrals (50/50 split) must sign an updated agreement with AiM Properties.

2. Option to Retain Existing Agreement

Partners who choose not to sign the new agreement may continue under their current terms but will only receive Standard Referrals (1% referral fee).

3. Key Dates to Note

January 6, 2025: The new agreement for Premium Referrals will be available for partner review and signing.

January 13, 2025: The new endorsement and fee structure will be officially implemented.
