Why Divide Referrals by Property Price?
Generating referrals for higher-priced properties requires significantly greater resources due to their niche market and the need for highly targeted marketing strategies. The 50% commission fee reflects industry standards for referral fees, ensuring fairness and alignment with professional practices. These updates are essential to maintaining our operational sustainability while continuing to deliver exceptional service and value to all our partners.
