Name of Project: Manigo Agri-Business Park

Location: San Raymundo, Balungao, Pangasinan

Land Area: Combined 15 hectares

Vision:

To be the model Small Agri-Business Park in the Philippines.

Mission:

To provide assistance to all Filipino Small Agri-Business Entrepreneurs in technical, technological, manpower, managerial, marketing and real estate requirements of every Small Agri-Business Park farm lot owner and operator.

Manigo Agri-Business Park is composed of several agri-businesses being owned and operated independently by small agri-business entrepreneurs.

Manigo Agri-Business Park farm lot sizes ranges between 1,000sqm and 1,500sqm.

Agri-Business Farm Lot For Sale

There will be three phases that will be offered for sale to the public. First is pre-development phase, June to December 2021. Second, development phase, target is January 2022 onwards. Third, post development phase, June 2023.

Manigo Agri-Business Park Management Team will act as the Property and Business Management Office and will provide the following services:

·      Technical support for all agri-businesses within the park

·      Business Management Consultant

·      Conduit for funding, credit and loan programs from the Private sector, Cooperatives and Government agencies

·      Business development, opportunities and expansion

·      Market Research

·      Sales and Marketing

·      Accounting

·      Security

·      Liaison

·      Calamansi seedlings propagation

·      Mango seedlings propagation

·      Seedling / Nursery bank

·      Koi Fish / Aquarium fish breeding (for local and export market)

·      Tilapia breeding (tank system)

·      Cattle Fattening (for meat)

·      Goat raising (for meat)

·      Brown Chicken Egg production

·      Native / Free range chicken raising

·      Quail raising (for meat)

·      Quail Eggs production

·      Corn silage production

·      Rabbit raising (for meat)

·      Red/Green chilies propagation

·      Duck egg production (for balut and salted eggs)

·      Pigeon breeding (for meat production to be supplied to Chinese Restaurants)

The Farm Hands

In line with the thrust to provide local employment and income in Balungao, Pangasinan and its neighboring towns, Manigo Agri-Business Park created the program The Farm Hands. These locals will become partners with Agri-Business Park farm lot owners/co-owners and will provide the manpower to operate the agri-businesses under the supervision of Manigo Agri-Business Park Management Office.

Farm to Market / Farm to Table

This program will ensure that all produce from the farm lots will have ready markets and buyers be it locally or even international markets.

Security and Accountability

Manigo Agri-Business Park Management will ensure safety of the people and property within the park. It will also be responsible and accountable for all farm inputs and outputs.
