2. PROOF OF BILLING
- Updated 2 months Old MERALCO.
- If renting or not under name - CERTIFICATE OF TENANCY with Billing Owner Attached Scan Copy ID with Signature.
- Brgy Certificate or Clearance - Purpose HOUSING LOAN REQUIREMENTS.
3. PROOF OF INCOME
- Local - 3 months OLD Payslip
- OFW - Salary Certificate if Direct Hire, or Updated Job Contract with OEC if POEA + Passport Copy with 3 Specimen Signature + Notarize SPECIAL POWER OF ATTY.
4. PROOF OF PAGIBIG MEMBERSHIP IF THRU HMDF HOUSING LOAN.
- E.S.A.V.+ Approved M.S.V.S.+ Updated M.D.F Copy, OR Contribution. Visit nearest PAGIBIG Branch Office.
