Active Group breaks ground on Town & Country Rosario, ushering new era of community living in Batangas

The 18.8-hectare community is envisioned as a secure, open, and sustainable neighborhood that blends the charm of countryside living with the convenience of urban access. Its layout includes designated residential zones, green spaces, and a planned commercial area designed to provide everyday essentials—creating a strong foundation for long-term livability.
The project will feature 585 residential lots, ranging from approximately 138 to 456 sqm, and is strategically located just minutes from Rosario’s town center. Surrounded by natural landscapes and positioned near emerging infrastructure, the site was chosen for its potential to nurture a well-connected, future-ready community. Positioned as an exclusive residential development, it aims to offer a modern suburban lifestyle while remaining grounded in tradition.
