Satori Residences by DMCI Homes is a condominium development located along F. Pasco Avenue in Santolan, Pasig City, offering a serene living experience within Metro Manila.

As of February 29, 2024, the Rahu Building, the third of five residential structures in Satori Residences, has been completed and is ready for occupancy. Previously, the Hacana and Lana buildings were opened for move-ins in February and August 2023, respectively. Construction of the final two buildings, Amani and Yasu, is ongoing.

To reserve a unit at Satori Residences, follow these steps:

(1)    Online Client Registration: Begin by registering online to access DMCI's unit holding and reservation portals.

(2)    Prepare Necessary Documents:

Valid IDs: Provide copies of government-issued identification.
Philippine TIN Number: Ensure you have your Tax Identification Number, as it is essential for the reservation process.

(3)   Complete the Online Reservation Agreement Form: Fill out and submit the digital agreement form detailing the reservation's terms and conditions.

(4)   Pay the Reservation Fee: The reservation fee is PHP 20,000 for the unit and PHP 10,000 for parking. This can be paid through DMCI's online payment gateway using a debit/credit card or BPI Online Banking. Payments can also be made via cash, GCash, or a dated check payable to DMCI-PDI.

(5)   Submit Additional Requirements: After reservation, provide proof of billing address matching your preferred billing address.
