Project Description
The 100MW Binga Hydroelectric Project involves a rehabilitation program for the plant which includes reservoir dredging, construction of check and Sabo dams, undertaking soil conservation and reforestation works, and construction of sluice tunnel as permanent solution to siltation problem. The project also covers the design, rehabilitation, construction, supply, testing, operation and maintenance of power facilities for a pre-determined period of time.
