Sure thing. Really interested with DMCI condos too. Looking to live in it but your post got me thinking of looking one for rental business too. I mean, DMCI Homes properties have good quality and great amenities like you said so it’s easy to have it rented at a good price.

Yep. And DMCI condos have good locations too (near business districts) so it’s easy to entice young professionals or starting families to rent.

I just moved in here in Dansalan Gardens. So far so good! Kinda spacious than other properties. Love the garden and pool area hihi

On a serious note though, I have had experience living in a condo developed by SMDC but sad to say that the properties aren’t well-maintained and more often than not, manipis ang mga walls. But here, it’s different. Well thought out din yung layout ng condo! I suggested you pay a visit at any of their properties. They have agents na very accommodating.

try to consider Pioneer Woodlands connected to MRT Boni Station
