Conditions to buy Condos
I am from Austria,Planning to buy a Condo in Manila.but Not Sure what opportunities i have.Maybe Others Foreigners have the same Problems.
The Brookers Not give answers,so hopefully this Group can give Answers.
Can an Expat buy a Condo Rent to own?
Is it possible to have monthly payments from abroad,without Loan?
For me,i have Bank Account in Phills,also foreign currency account.i am married with Filipina but want the Condo in my Name.
Hopefully to get information here.
