    • Commercial Growth: The influx of residents spurred commercial development. Malls like Evia Lifestyle Center, shopping centers, restaurants, and other establishments emerged, creating a self-sufficient community.  

    • Improved Infrastructure: The local governments of Muntinlupa and Las Piñas invested in improving Daang Hari's infrastructure, widening the road, installing streetlights, and enhancing drainage systems.

    • MCX and Cavitex: The construction of the Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) and the Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX) further improved access to Cavite and other neighboring provinces, making Daang Hari even more desirable.

    The Appeal to the Affluent:

    Several factors contribute to Daang Hari's popularity among the affluent:

    • Exclusivity and Privacy: Gated communities with strict security measures offer a sense of privacy and exclusivity, a highly valued commodity in densely populated Metro Manila.  

    • Spacious Living: Larger lot sizes and spacious homes provide a welcome respite from the cramped conditions of urban living.

    • Green Spaces and Serenity: Despite its development, Daang Hari retains pockets of green spaces and a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the inner cities. The meticulously landscaped gardens within the subdivisions contribute to a sense of tranquility.

    • Proximity to Key Destinations: Its strategic location provides easy access to business districts, schools, hospitals, and leisure facilities.

    • Investment Potential: The continuous development and increasing demand for properties in the area make Daang Hari a sound investment.

    • Prestige and Lifestyle: Living in a well-established and affluent community enhances one's social standing and provides access to a refined lifestyle.

    • Proximity to Ayala Alabang: The close proximity to Ayala Alabang, and the lifestyle that it provides, has greatly influenced the desire of people to live in the surrounding areas. The prestige of Ayala Alabang has spilled over to the surrounding areas.

    The Present and Future:

    Daang Hari continues to evolve, with ongoing infrastructure projects and new developments. The continued development of Vista City and other large scale projects also help to improve the overall value of the area.
