DMCI Homes condo developments well served by Skyway Stage 3 project

Travel from north to south and vice versa is now a breeze with the opening of the Skyway Stage 3.

The 17.93 kilometer elevated toll expressway from Balintawak, Quezon City to Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati cuts travel time from SLEX to NLEX from around three hours to just 20 minutes, allowing Metro Manila residents to move around seamlessly.

With easier and faster travel around the metro, property consultancy firm Colliers International Philippines sees the property sector hugely benefiting from the operation of the infrastructure.

In its Manila Market Intelligence Report last January 5, 2021, Colliers International Philippines said, “the implementation of infrastructure projects has the potential to raise property values, create business opportunities, and boost the attractiveness of integrated communities outside the capital region.

In the case of DMCI Homes, among the company’s projects that are expected to directly benefit from the operation of the Skyway Stage 3 project are those located in Quezon City such as The Celandine and Zinnia Towers in Balintawak; Cameron Residences in Roosevelt Avenue; The Crestmont in South Triangle; Viera Residences in Scout Tuason Avenue; One Castilla Place in Barangay Valencia; The Amaryllis in E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue; and the Accolade Place in P. Tuazon Boulevard.

Also seen to benefit from the engineering marvel are DMCI Homes projects in the City of Manila such as Sorrel Residences in Sampaloc and Illumina Residences Manila in Sta. Mesa.

All these projects have excellent proximity to Skyway Stage 3’s access points in Gil Puyat Avenue, Plaza Dilao, Nagtahan, Aurora Boulevard, Quezon Avenue, Sgt. Rivera, Balintawak, and NLEX.

Anticipating further surge in demand for residential spaces in these areas, DMCI Homes is eyeing to launch three more residential projects this year in Quezon City.

“More than other locations, we see Quezon City becoming even more a real estate hotspot because of government infrastructure projects in the area like the Skyway Stage 3.
