Golden Haven Memorial Park to rise soon in Puerto, CDO

Golden MV Holdings, Inc. has just secured approval from the Cagayan de Oro City Council for their the Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP) of the proposed 3.5205-hectare Golden Haven Memorial Park project at Barangay Puerto.

Said approval however, is subject to the conditions imposed by the City Engineering Office, City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), and the City Housing Board particularly with regards to its drainage outfall.

The developer was advised that the proposed drainage outfall should tap to any functional drainage or existing defined waterway and that the drainage right-of-way of offsite drainage shall form part of the plans for Development Permit evaluation, among others.

Golden Haven currently has one memorial park located in Barangay Bulua.
