Grace Liuson gives away P16 million Cityland shares to Binondo-based foundation
CityLandThe wife of Cityland Development Corp. (CDC) chairman and bilyonaryo Andrew I. Liuson has donated a substantial amount of her shares in the company to her favorite foundation.
CDC vice chairman Grace Liuson handed down 24.132 million CDC shares to Good Seed Sower Foundation on November 7.
The donation increased Good Seed’s stake in CDC by 137 percent to 41.764 million shares.
The 76-year old Grace, a treasurer of Youth Gospel Center and Makati Gospel Church, reduced her stake in CDC to 234.914 million shares or 4.8 percent.
