If your property is within AiM Properties’ selling or leasing coverage, you will see the “Get Professional Real Estate Service Assistance” button on your property via the Property Hub.

To proceed:

1. Click “Get Professional Real Estate Service Assistance” on your property.

2. Fill out the Authority to Sell (For Sale) or Authority to Negotiate Lease (For Rent) form with property details.

3. Download & sign the Authority to Sell/Negotiate Lease document.

4. Submit the signed form along with the required documents.

5. AiM Properties will review your submission and determine if they can assist you.

6. If approved, AiM Properties’ licensed brokers and accredited salespersons will handle listing, marketing, buyer inquiries, negotiations, and closing the transaction.
