How can I retrieve an archived lead?

Go to the Buyers CRM
-
Select the Archive in the filter to see all your archived leads

Search the lead you want to retrieve and change its status other than Archive
-
Confirm your action to proceed.
After confirming your action, you can immediately see the lead on the Buyers CRM.
Additional notes:
If an archived lead inquires to your property again, they are retrieved automatically from the Archive.
