What do the different lead statuses mean?
Buyer CRM lets you organize and record your progress with your buyers. You can give Feedback and tag your buyers with a status based on the property-buying journey. The following are the available default Buyer CRM status:
New - Received a new Lead (automatically tagged)
Replied - Replied to the Lead (also automatically tagged when you use any of our contact buttons)
Followed Up - Sent a follow-up to the Lead
In Discussion - Currently discussing with the Lead
No Answer - Lead is not replying/answering
Under Negotiation - Currently in negotiation with payment terms with the Lead
For Tripping - Scheduled a tripping with the Lead
Done Tripping - Property already visiting by the Lead
Not Pursuing - Will not contact the Lead
Closed Deal - Successful sale
Archived - Lead is moved to Archived
