For the past 35 years, BDC has been consistent in finding ways to provide affordable and reliable houses. Dating back to 1990, Mr. Vicente Hao Chin Sr. had a vision to establish a real estate development that offers affordable yet quality housing units for Filipinos to help address the country’s demand on housing due to overgrowing population.
