• SMS Reminder: Sent the day after, when a message remains unread in Property Discussions

• Email Copy of the Message: Automatically sent upon receipt of a new message

• Email Follow-Up: A secondary email reminder sent after 3 days when a message remains unread

• Browser and In-App Notifications: Delivered in real-time to your browser or app.
