The masterplanned mixed-use development of NUVALI, located in the cities of Sta. Rosa, Calamba, and the municipality of Cabuyao, Laguna, is built to support sustainable living communities and allow people to thrive alongside nature. The 2,500- hectare estate continues to grow as an eco-community with over 18,000 residential units by Ayala Land’s residential brands (Ayala Land Premier, Alveo, Avida, and Amaia), two business process outsourcing (BPO) buildings, retail and office spaces, and 356 hotel rooms. Also within NUVALI’s mixed-use green urban district are an events center, two schools, several recreational attractions, a wildlife and bird sanctuary, and commercial shopping centers.

NUVALI aims to build or locate more offices in this eco-city. Located across the Lakeside Evozone, accessible from the Sta.Rosa-Tagaytay road, lies the Future Central Business District. Ayala Land, the planner and developer of the Makati Central Business District, is once again at the forefront of developing the next financial district south of Makati. Integrating the critical components of a successful business center, NUVALI brings in more open space, recreational facilities, tree-lined walking and biking trails and areas for congregation. Key support facilities such as post office, police station, church, hospital, school, retail/commercial establishments are also incorporated into the master plan.
