Nuvali, Vermosa developments propel Ayala Land’s Alveo to strongest Q1 ever
Alveo Land, the upscale residential arm of Ayala Land, posted its strongest first quarter ever, recording a gross sales take-up of P12.7 billion.
This surge was driven by successful project launches in Nuvali Laguna, and Vermosa, Cavite.
“We are very pleased with the extremely strong first quarter sales performance affirming the confidence in the premium market,” said Joseph Carmichael Z. Jugo, Alveo Land president.
The growth stemmed from the back-to-back launches of Sereneo Nuvali, Alveo’s sixth project in Ayala Land’s pioneering eco-estate in Laguna, and Caleia Vermosa, its second development in Ayala Land’s active lifestyle estate in Cavite.
Sereneo, a 41-hectare development offering spacious residential lots averaging 275 square meters, secured nearly P1.5 billion in reservation sales year-to-date since its launch in March.
Caleia Vermosa, spanning 28 hectares, generated almost P2 billion in year-to-date reservation sales, attracting buyers with its extensive parks and amenities, including a nearly 1,700-square-meter park entrance.
Alveo Land’s existing portfolio of condominium developments in key cities like Park East Place in Bonifacio Global City, The Lattice at Parklinks and Nuveo at Cerca also contributed significantly to the record-breaking quarter.
