No doubt, the economic landscape would look different after the pandemic.
During the covid19 crisis, many people must have realised the value of gardening and growing food.
Perhaps one of the considerations of future home buyers would be available growing space for plants.

There could be plenty more such as solar power and water storage.

This is the best to consider growing foods at home. Honestly, i have an FB Group where in we share our experiences in growing foods at home, just like Urban Farming.
Working from home has become mainstream with what is happening now. A consideration for a space to focus and work will be something that middle class workers will be looking for. And of course a place with fast internet
Preferences will definitely alter and take shape from today and moving forward. For those who could see and understand the situation, there will be big opportunities for them.
So true, I believe that to be resilient in any crisis, you have to grow your own food.
