Reservation Reminders Protocol/Guidelines
Good day Partners, To assist our buyers and sellers who are having difficult time collafing and submitting the initial requirements on time during the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) period, we are revising the reservation guidelines as follows:
1. A buyer may now reserve a unit by submitting the requirements below:
•Signed and filled up Prospective •Buyer's Registration Form (PBRF).
•Proof of payment for the
•Reservation Fee.
•Copy of valid Ids.
2.Submission of above requirements reserves the unit to the buyer for FIVE (5 days). Within this period, the buyer must email the soft copies of the initial requirements.
- Failure to submit the initial documents on or before the prescribed deadline will result to the disapproval of the reservation.
4. List of INITIAL REQUIREMENTS:
*PRINCIPAL BUYER/ CO BUYER (Locally employed)* •Reservation Fee (RF).
•Fully filled up Reservagion Agreement form(RA). •Letter of Intent (LOI) - For preselling •Packaged computation sheet
•Copy of 2 valid ids
•2x2 photo
*PRINCIPAL BUYER (OFW)*
•Reservation Fee (RF).
•Fully filled up Reservagion Agreement form(RA). •Letter of Intent (LOI) - For preselling •Packaged computation sheet
•Copy of 1 valid id
•Details of Attorney-In-Fact in BIS
*CO-BORROWER*
•Fully filled up Buyer's Information Sheet (BIS) for Co-Borrowers
5. The initial requirements shall be validated by Reservation Associate within three (3) days for local sales and seven (7) days for International sales after its submission.
6. To insure the details reflected in the submitted documents the Reservation Assiciate shall contact the buyer, AIF, or Co-borrower.
- All hard copies of the complete initial requirements with original signature shall be submitted to Sales Office/Head office after the ECQ period to formalize the reservation.
