To reserve a unit at The Atherton by DMCI, please follow these steps and prepare the necessary documents:

Online Client Registration:

Begin by registering online to access our unit holding and reservation portals.

Valid IDs:

Submit copies of government-issued identification to confirm your identity.

Philippine TIN Number:

Have your Tax Identification Number ready, as it is essential for the reservation process.

Online Reservation Agreement Form:

Complete and submit the digital agreement form detailing the reservation’s terms and conditions.

Reservation Fee:

The reservation fee is PHP 20,000 for the unit and PHP 10,000 for parking. This is payable through our online payment gateway using a debit/credit card or BPI Online Banking. Payment can also be made through Cash, GCash, and Dated Check payable to DMCI-PDI.

AFTER RESERVATION, ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Proof of Billing Address:

This should match your preferred billing address.

Preferred Mode of Payments for the Down Payment:

Options include PDCs (Post-Dated Checks) and Auto Debit Arrangement using DMCI-PDI tie-in banks (Bank of Commerce, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, EastWest Bank, PNB, Security Bank, Sterling Bank, UnionBank, Robinsons Bank, Chinabank).

For International Clients:

We offer Bills Payment options through tie-in banks with the DMCI-PDI biller and Remittance through Robinsons Bank Virtual Account.
