100% Spot Cash in 30 days - 10% discount on TLP

Spot DP/Balance in 41 months - 10% discount on TLP

12% in 52 months, 3% on the 53rd month, 85% Cash or Bank

Note: If the buyer is foreigner/non Filipinos, I need to check if the unit preferred is premium and for non-Filipino citizen.  Let the buyer choose at least 3 units they preferred.
