·         not more than 5 kms from CotCot village (limits, north to Compostela or south  to Liloan).

·        not more than 5 kms inland from the coast.

·        more than 500 mtrs from any busy (coast) road.

·        ideally semi-rural.

3.     Other considerations:

·        Survey….  structural/subsidence/damp/roofing/infestation/flood.

·        Legal… ownership/local development plans/land history/infrastructure condition.

·        Ease of Access…. gradient/floor plans/extension limits.
