    • Contact DMCI Homes: Coordinate with a DMCI property consultant or licensed real estate broker to verify if your desired unit is available.

    • They will provide the latest inventory of available units.

    3. Prepare the Reservation Fee

    The reservation fee secures your chosen unit and ensures it won’t be sold to another buyer.
    Typical Reservation Fees:

    ·         Studio Unit: ₱20,000

    ·         1-Bedroom Unit: ₱20,000

    1. Spot Cash: Full payment with discounts.

    2. Bank Financing: Monthly payments through a partner bank, with flexible loan terms (e.g., 5–20 years).

    3. In-House Financing: Direct installment payments to DMCI Homes.

    Your property consultant will provide a sample computation based on your preferred payment scheme.

    7. Review and Sign Contracts

    • Once the reservation is completed, you’ll receive a Contract to Sell (CTS) or Deed of Absolute Sale (DOAS) for signing.
