   • Begin by registering on our portal. Once registered, you’ll receive an email with a link that allows you to hold up to two units at Valeron Tower.

2. Holding Period:

   • Philippine-Based Clients: Units can be held for 24 hours (1 day), giving you ample time to decide on your reservation.

   • International Clients: Understanding the need for additional consideration time due to different time zones and logistics, international clients can hold units for 72 hours (3 days).

3. Confirmation of Holding:

   • After selecting and holding your units, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will confirm that the units are held under your name and include links with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the reservation should you choose to do so.

4. Reservation Instructions:

   • If you decide to reserve the held units, simply follow the instructions and links provided in the confirmation email. This seamless process ensures you can secure your new home at Valeron Tower effortlessly.

• Please be aware that holding a unit does not require a financial commitment but is a preliminary step towards booking. Once the holding period expires, the units will be released for others to reserve unless a reservation is confirmed.
