Why do you need to be accredited with a licensed real estate broker?
Republic Act 9646 mandates all those who want to enter the real estate profession either to be a licensed real estate broker or be an accredited salesperson under a licensed real estate broker.
As an inspiring real estate salesperson, one has to undergo an accreditation under a licensed broker. Without this, no salesperson is authorized by law to practice selling real estate properties.
