Go to your Leads CRM.

Select the referral (tagged as 'Endorsed')
- Review the pre-qualification results to see if they align with your requirements.
- On the Pre-qualification result, scroll down to choose to Accept or Decline the referral.
Accepted referrals will be tagged as 'Accepted,' and you can access their contact information to start communicating.
Declined referrals will be tagged as 'Declined,' and you will not be able to access their contact information.
