What is the difference between the Standard Referral and the Premium Referral Agreements?

The Standard Referral Agreement allows you to access Standard Referrals, which are referrals where the pre-qualification result indicates a selling price below ₱10 million (For sale) or a monthly rental fee below ₱250K (For rent). These referrals include basic pre-qualification and key buyer details to help you assess their potential. The referral fee for Standard Referrals is 1% of the total selling price upon a successful transaction.

The Premium Referral Agreement grants access to Premium Referrals. Premium Referrals are for referrals where the pre-qualification result indicates a selling price starting or extending above ₱10 million (For sale) or a monthly rental fee of ₱250K and above (For rent). These referrals are nurtured and supported with advanced marketing tools, targeted promotions, and buyer insights. The referral fee for Premium Referrals is 50% of the total commission upon a successful transaction.

To receive both Standard and Premium Referrals, you must sign the Standard Referral Agreement and the Premium Referral Agreement.
