How is the referral fee computed for a Closed Deal with a Buyer Agent?
For a Closed Deal involving a Buyer Agent, a referral fee is payable to OnePropertee as specified in the signed agreement. This fee is based on the final sale price of the property. After the referral fee is deducted, you can directly negotiate the commission distribution with the Buyer Agent.
