Understanding Endorsements with Buyers Still in Pre-qualification
Why are some buyers still in pre-qualification?
To help you connect with more potential buyers earlier, OnePropertee endorses some buyers while their pre-qualification process is still ongoing. This gives our Partner Sellers the opportunity to engage with serious buyers as early as possible, even before the full pre-qualification is completed.
By accepting these buyers, the endorsement is officially qualified under One Partnership Program allowing you to proceed with early communication and potentially secure the sale ahead of others.
What should I do if I receive an endorsement for a buyer who is not yet fully pre-qualified?
When you receive an endorsement for a buyer in pre-qualification, you have the following options:
-
Review the buyer’s initial details. This includes the basic information they provided and any preferences they shared.
-
Choose to connect early. If you are comfortable proceeding, you may accept the endorsement and begin communicating with the buyer immediately.
-
Decline if you prefer to wait. You can decline the endorsement for now.
-
Accept later. Once the buyer completes pre-qualification, you will have the option to accept the endorsement again.
This flexible process ensures you can decide when to engage based on your preferences and business approach.
How will I know when the buyer’s pre-qualification is complete?
You will automatically receive a system notification once the buyer’s pre-qualification status has been updated. This ensures you are kept informed and can choose to proceed at the right time.
