3. Buyer Pre-Qualification – Incoming inquiries are screened by the OnePropertee. Buyers are assessed for their intent and readiness to purchase, ensuring that only serious prospects proceed.
4. Qualified Buyer Endorsement – Once pre-qualified, buyers are matched and endorsed to sellers who have relevant property listings, eliminating the need for agents to spend time searching for or filtering leads.
5. Property Visits with Tripping Assistance – One Partnership arranges the site visit for the qualified buyer, and a Tripping Agent will be assigned to assist during the visit. This ensures buyers are properly accommodated while reducing the seller’s direct involvement.
