A Partner Seller is a licensed broker or accredited salesperson enrolled in One Partnership Commission Plus. As a Partner Seller, you are directly involved in working with qualified buyers endorsed by OnePropertee to help close successful transactions.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Posting properties – You will post your listings on OnePropertee so the system can match your properties with relevant qualified buyers.

  • Engaging with qualified buyers – You will receive buyers already assessed and endorsed by OnePropertee. Your role is to guide them through the buying journey until the transaction is closed.

  • Collaborating with a Buyer Assistance Officer – A dedicated officer will support you by helping coordinate property visits, negotiations, and documentation, making the process smoother for both you and the buyer.

  • Reporting progress – You are expected to provide regular feedback about your assigned buyers and keep your Partner Coordinator informed on their status and transaction progress.

As a Partner Seller, you may also choose to take on tripping appointments as a Tripping Agent to earn an additional 12.5% of the commission by assisting other buyers during property visits.

Your participation is vital to the success of the program, and OnePropertee is here to support you every step of the way.
