How can I get an official receipt for my order?
You can request for an official receipt right after completing the payment for your order. You can submit a request for an official receipt via the following steps:

From the left-side menu, select Orders.

Search for the Order ID.

Select the ‘Request OR’ link of the Order ID. This option is also available on the Order Details page.

Fill out the OR Request Form with the information needed.

Submit your request.
Your OR will be available within seven (7) business days. We will inform you via chat once your OR is uploaded.
