The Buyers Filter is ideal for brokers and salespersons who belong to the same team selling properties with similar attributes (property type, price, location). Selecting the seller names in your team helps in maximizing the distribution of new leads by preventing you from receiving the leads they already acquired.

Note: The users/sellers you selected may still receive the leads you already acquired unless they add your name to their Leads Filter. Additionally, you and your teammates may still receive the same lead when that particular lead directly inquired in all your properties.
