• Using the Filters

  

  Using the different Filters such as the Location, Property Type, Price Range, and Listing Type will help you further narrow down your search especially if you have considerations in looking for your ideal property. For instance, if you only want to see properties available in Cubao, then you can use the ‘Location’ filter and type in and select Cubao, or if you only want to see properties that are within your budget, you can use the ‘Price Range’ filter.

• Using the Income Filter

  

  Using the Income Filter will only show you the properties that are recommended for your income. This is helpful in giving you more realistic results in terms of affordability.
