Lots, Lands, and Farms Types

Agricultural Farm - Agricultural farm land is land primarily used for cultivating crops, raising livestock, or other farming activities. This is for individuals or businesses involved in agriculture. Zoning regulations will dictate what activities are permitted.

Agro-Industrial Farm - Agro-industrial farm land is used for agricultural production but also allows for some level of processing, storage, or other industrial activities related to the farm produce. This caters to those who want to integrate farming with value-added processing or related industries. Zoning regulations are crucial here.

Columbarium - A columbarium lot is a space in a structure (columbarium) designed for the interment of cremated remains (ashes).

Commercial Land - Commercial land is zoned and intended for business or commercial purposes, such as retail stores, restaurants, offices, or shopping centers. This is an investment for businesses looking to build or operate commercial establishments. Zoning laws will specify permitted uses.

Industrial Land - Industrial land is zoned for manufacturing, warehousing, factories, and other industrial activities. This is for businesses involved in production, logistics, and similar industries. Zoning regulations will have specific requirements regarding environmental impact and operations.

Memorial Lot - A memorial lot is a plot of land in a cemetery or memorial park intended for traditional burial.

Parking Lot - A parking lot is a designated area for parking vehicles. This can be a standalone property or part of a larger development.

Raw Land - Raw land is undeveloped land that has not been graded, serviced with utilities, or built upon. This offers potential for development but requires significant investment and planning for infrastructure and permits.

Residential Land - Residential land is zoned and intended for building homes. This can be within a subdivision or a standalone lot.

Residential Farm - Residential farm land allows for both residential use (building a house) and some agricultural activities, often on a smaller scale than a purely agricultural farm. This offers a lifestyle that combines rural living with the convenience of having a home.

Important Note: Always verify zoning regulations and consult with real estate professionals in the Philippines for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding specific properties and their permitted uses. Good luck with your property search!
