Property Visit Scheduling as a Buyer
Buyers can now schedule property visits with our Partner Sellers directly through OnePropertee. Once a Partner Seller has accepted the endorsement of our Buyer Assistance Officer, buyers will be able to access the Property Visit Schedule features.

How do I schedule a property visit with a Partner Seller?
To schedule a property visit, follow these steps:

Go to your Property Discussion with a Partner Seller.

Select the Partner Seller you want to schedule a property visit with.

Click “Schedule a Property Visit.”

Fill out the required details (date and time).

Confirm your schedule suggestions.
You can propose up to three schedule options. Please keep in mind:

Schedules must be at least 3 days in advance

Schedule options must be within 3 months of the current date

The Seller must confirm one of your suggestions to finalize the schedule
Once the Seller accepts the schedule, OnePropertee will notify you, and a Tripping Agent will be assigned to assist with the visit.

How do I confirm a property visit schedule sent by the Partner Seller?
To view and confirm a Property Visit sent by the Partner Seller, follow these steps:

You will receive a message via Property Discussion and email that your Seller requested a Property Visit schedule.

Click on the ‘View Property Visit Schedule Request’.

You can see up to three schedule options requested by the Seller.

Select ‘Accept’ for the schedule that fits your availability.
Once confirmed, OnePropertee will notify the Partner Seller, and a Tripping Agent will be assigned to assist with the visit.

Can I suggest a new Property Visit schedule if the Seller’s request doesn’t work for me?
You can suggest up to three alternative schedule options that better fit your availability.

How do I cancel a Property Visit Schedule?
To cancel a scheduled property visit, follow these steps:

On Property Discussion with the Seller, select the View Property Visit.

Select the Cancel button.

Provide a reason for the cancellation.
Once canceled, OnePropertee will void the schedule. The Buyer and the Seller must create a new schedule request if a new visit is needed.

How will I know who the Tripping Agent is?
You will receive a notification and a message with the Tripping Agent's details once they are assigned. The message will include the Tripping Agent's details for your reference.

How can I reschedule a Property Visit?
To reschedule, you must cancel the existing Property Visit Schedule, then submit a new one.
To cancel the visit:

Open the View Property Visit card in your Property Discussion with the Partner Seller.

Click Cancel

Provide a reason for the cancellation
To request a new visit:

Go to the Property Discussion with the Partner Seller

Click “Schedule a Property Visit.”

Enter up to three new preferred schedules (at least 3 days in advance and within 3 months)

Submit your request
After submitting, OnePropertee will notify the Partner Seller of the rescheduled Property Visit. They will need to confirm the new schedule.
