A Partner Coordinator is the primary liaison between OnePropertee and a group of Partner Sellers enrolled in One Partnership Commission Plus. This role is essential in managing partnerships, ensuring seller engagement, and helping facilitate successful transactions.

As a Partner Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

• Liaising between OnePropertee and the Partner group – You serve as the main point of contact, supporting clear communication and coordination.

• Managing Partner Sellers – You are responsible for nominating or adding sellers to your group who will post listings and receive qualified buyers.

• Monitoring performance – You will help track the progress of the buyers and report successful transactions to OnePropertee for validation and documentation.

You may also earn additional income by accepting tripping requests as a Tripping Agent, assisting qualified buyers during site visits and contributing to smoother transactions.

As a Partner Coordinator, you may also choose to take on tripping appointments as a Tripping Agent to earn an additional 12.5% of the commission by assisting other buyers during property visits.
