Starting March 31, 2025, One Partnership Commission Plus follows a performance-based commission earning model, with earnings depending on the type of transaction:

1. Direct Deal

50% of the commission goes to the Partner

50% of the commission goes to OnePropertee

This applies when the Partner has the Authority to Sell (ATS) and is directly handling the property.

2. One-Away Deal (Special Case Service)

40% of the commission goes to the Authorized Seller (the Partner or individual with the ATS)

20% of the commission goes to the Referring Partner Broker

40% of the commission goes to OnePropertee

This applies when the Partner does not have the Authority to Sell and is referring a buyer to a property listed or represented by another seller.
