How is my Partner Score calculated?

Last Updated Nov 13, 2024

Partner Scores are calculated based on a 5-point system following these criteria (higher scores are better):

  • Feedback Score: This measures how regularly you provide updates or feedback on the status of your leads. Keeping your lead statuses updated at least once every week is critical for maintaining a high score.

  • Pending Endorsement Score: This measures how prompt you are in taking action when you receive an endorsement. Prevent leaving endorsements without action.

  • Endorsement Management Score: This measures how quickly you respond to lead endorsements—whether you accept or decline them. Prompt actions contribute positively to your score.

  • Listing Accountability Score: This measures how well you manage and maintain the quality of your listings on OnePropertee. Consistently update your listings and accurately track which properties are active or sold to avoid declining endorsements.

  • Closing Performance Score: This measures the number of successful transactions compared to the total number of accepted referrals. A higher success rate positively contributes to your score. It is calculated by getting the conversion rate of closed deals from the total accepted referrals.

The overall Partner Score is calculated based on the combination of these criteria. A number of these scores are calculated daily, while the rest are calculated weekly.
