Property Visit Scheduling as a Partner Seller (Beta)

Partner Sellers can now schedule property visits with our buyers directly through OnePropertee. For the beta release, the property seller will automatically be assigned as the Tripping Agent to assist during the visit.

How do I schedule a property visit for a buyer (under One Partnership)?

To schedule a property visit, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Buyers CRM.

  2. Select the qualified Buyer you want to schedule a property visit with.

  3. Click “Schedule a Property Visit.”

  4. Fill out the required details (date, time, and property to be visited).

  5. Confirm your schedule suggestions.

You can propose up to three schedule options. Please keep in mind:

  • Schedules must be at least 3 days in advance

  • Schedule options must be within 3 months of the current date

  • The Buyer must confirm one of your suggestions to finalize the schedule

Once the Buyer confirms the schedule, OnePropertee will notify you, and a Tripping Agent will be assigned to assist with the visit.

How do I confirm a property visit schedule sent by the Buyer?

To view and confirm a Property Visit sent by the Buyer, follow these steps:

  1. You will receive a notification and message via Property Discussion and email that your Buyer requested a Property Visit schedule.

  2. Click on the ‘View Property Visit Schedule Request’.

  3. You can see up to three schedule options requested by the Buyer.

  4. Select ‘Accept’ for the schedule that fits your availability.

  5. Fill out the required details (date, time, and property to be visited).

Once confirmed, OnePropertee will notify the Buyer, and a Tripping Agent will be assigned to assist with the visit.

Can I suggest a new Property Visit schedule if the Buyer's request doesn’t work for me?

You can suggest up to three new schedule options for the property visit. The Buyer will be notified and asked to confirm their preferred schedule.

How do I cancel a Property Visit Schedule?

To cancel a scheduled property visit, follow these steps:

  1. On Property Discussion with the Buyer, select the View Property Visit button.

  2. Select the Cancel button.

  3. Provide a reason for the cancellation.

Once canceled, the schedule will be voided. Either the Buyer or the Seller must request a new property visit if a new visit is needed.

How can I reschedule a Property Visit?

To reschedule, you must cancel the existing Property Visit Schedule, then submit a new one.

To cancel the visit:

  1. On Property Discussion with the Buyer, select the View Property Visit button.

  2. Select the Cancel button.

  3. Provide a reason for the cancellation.

To request a new visit:

  1. Go to the Property Discussion with the Buyer

  2. Click “Schedule a Property Visit.”

  3. Enter up to three new preferred schedules (at least 3 days in advance and within 3 months)

  4. Submit your request

After submitting it, OnePropertee will notify the Buyer about the rescheduled property visit. They will need to confirm the new schedule.

What is the commission structure for the beta release of Tripping Agent?

For the beta release, you, as the Seller, will be assigned as the Tripping Agent.

For all deals: You only pay 1% to OnePropertee as the Partner Seller
