PRC AND DHSUD Licenses: These are accredited licenses of the brokers and salespersons as real estate professionals. Brokers would need to acquire the PRC license to sell a property and share their license with up to 20 salespersons. The DHSUD license is required to be able to sell a project from developers like condominiums. Look out for these licenses and do your due diligence of checking in the PRC and DHSUD websites.
