What are the Buyer Preferences?
The Buyer Preferences are attributes of properties that a buyer is interested in, such as the property type, location, price range, etc. There are two ways that our system makes a record of the Buyer Preferences:
-
the attributes of the properties that they sent an inquiry to
-
the Buyer Assistance Form that they filled out and submitted.
The Buyer Preferences of a buyer can change anytime.
