Why is Property Discussion not working on some buyers?

You can only use Property Discussion to send emails to buyers with verified email addresses. If you encounter a buyer with an unverified email address, you can scan their QR code or copy the email address. You can follow the steps below to do so:

  1. Go to the Buyers CRM and select the buyer you will contact

  2. Select the email of the buyer

  3. Scan the QR code or select Copy Email Address

  4. Open your chosen email client to manually send an email to the lead
